Job Overview

The ideal candidate will independently handle and execute computer-aided engineering (CAE) activities with a focus on component-level safety systems, primarily steering wheels. Proficiency in tools such as Hypermesh, Abaqus, and LS-Dyna is expected.

Key responsibilities include executing meshing and simulation projects, delivering quality results on time, learning and adopting new tools and methods, and supporting simulation activities across multiple teams for steering wheel projects.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant CAE experience in the automotive domain.
  • Education: B.E. in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering.
  • Skills: Strong fundamentals, analytical ability, and engineering basics, proficiency in pre-processors like Hyperworks, LS-Pre-Post, ESI tools, and Primer.
  • Certifications/Accreditations: Trainings and certifications related to CAE software preferred.
Core Responsibilities & Activities

Conclusive analysis of test/simulation results, recommendation of improvements, quality and timely delivery of tasks and projects, ability to learn and create new methods to execute multiple projects simultaneously, good communication skills, strong team player.
