Job Title: Polarion Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of Polarion ALM solutions across systems engineering domains.

  • Polarion configuration and customization
  • Process design and implementation
  • Training delivery and end-user support
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and tailor Polarion ALM to meet project-specific requirements
  • Design and implement processes and workflows aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and company-specific quality frameworks
  • Lead the rollout of Polarion solutions across international teams
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Polarion configuration, workflow implementation, and process customization
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage project templates, custom fields, scripts, permissions, and dashboards
  • Experience integrating Polarion with tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, Doors, Teamcenter, or other ALM/PLM systems
Domain Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and V-model methodologies
  • Experience working in the automotive and/or battery system development sectors
  • Familiarity with safety and quality standards such as ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO 21434
Agile & Communication Skills:
  • Proven experience in SAFe-based agile teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to train, support, and mentor international teams
