Are you an experienced enterprise planning professional looking for a challenging opportunity to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of large-scale planning solutions? As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, scalability, and innovation in enterprise planning and forecasting processes.

You will define reusable patterns, influence solution architecture, and mentor peers, setting the standard for planning excellence in a global finance transformation program. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance leadership, to align planning solutions with strategic initiatives and corporate reporting requirements.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional who has a proven track record of delivering complex planning implementations using SDLC methodology. You should have a strong understanding of financial planning cycles, including annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly/quarterly forecast processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12-15 years of experience in Oracle EPM/Hyperion, with at least 7+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud. They should also have deep knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, allocations, and driver-based planning. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience integrating EPBCS with ERP and EPM systems.
