Our organization seeks a highly skilled Career Development Specialist to join our team. This key role is responsible for driving sales growth through lead generation and relationship-building with potential students and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential customers through telesales efforts and Google Search, driving sales growth and increasing customer engagement.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments with interested parties, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Collect and maintain detailed information on potential study abroad students, including university and course selection, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build relationships with foreign universities to explore collaborative opportunities, enhancing our global network and expanding educational offerings.
  • Manage event coordination, utilizing basic design skills in Canva to create engaging promotional materials.
  • Maintain office space, coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA, demonstrating a strong foundation in business and education.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development and telesales, showcasing expertise in sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.
  • Goal-oriented, focused, and innovative mindset, driving results and improvement.

Mandatory requirements include owning a laptop and mobile phone, possessing good English language skills, and being willing to travel locally, enabling seamless communication and collaboration.
