Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the development and execution of our fellowship and campus-led initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing end-to-end programs, including recruitment, operations, stakeholder management, and program delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling our fellowship and campus-led initiatives, ensuring seamless program delivery. This includes managing college outreach and student selection processes, building and sustaining strong relationships with colleges, universities, and student bodies, conducting student capability workshops and organisation presentations, as required for a smooth process flow.

The Program Manager will also handle interactions with college POCs, internal teams, and students, develop efficient pipelines, monitor progress, and measure impact to continuously improve program outcomes. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where your work directly impacts thousands of students.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate from a top engineering, commerce, science, or arts college
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience as Program Manager, Campus Relations Lead, Community Lead, Operations Manage, or similar
  • Strong track record of managing end-to-end programs (recruitment, operations, stakeholder management)
  • Experience in college outreach, CSR, social impact, relationship management preferred
