  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Workforce Management Coordination: Coordinate with the WFM team on attendance, leave, unplanned shrinkage, forecasting, and staffing requirements.
  • Coaching/Mentoring: Guide, support, and motivate individuals or teams to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Team Engagement: Organize team engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Problem Solving: Break down simple problems, identify potential solutions, and take action to resolve the issue.
  • Performance Metrics & Interpretation: Interpret data and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Effective Communication: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of unique needs to different audiences.
