Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Lead to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of our software and hardware infrastructure, ensuring that our products are deployed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support, as well as a strong understanding of the latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Identify hardware and software requirements related to product implementation and design deployment architecture, networking architecture, storage architecture, and virtualization architecture.
  • Network Security: Design network security as per customer requirements and deploy hardware, software, and application monitoring tools.
  • Automation and Troubleshooting: Use automation for deployments and system upgrades, diagnose customer-reported problems or configuration issues, and recommend possible solutions within agreed service level agreements.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos, and other functional specifications. Assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation.
  • Design Reviews and Reporting: Participate in design reviews of high-level designs and low-level designs with customers and evaluate new technologies. Create customer-requested reports and communicate with customers.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 9-11 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support.
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT/Computers or MCA.
  • A strong understanding of the latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure.
  • The ability to design highly available product deployment architecture, networking architecture, storage architecture, and virtualization architecture.
  • The ability to design network security as per customer requirements.
