We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Performance Lead to join our team at futureMBBS, a leading education company specializing in NEET preparation courses and offering MBBS programs abroad at top universities across Europe. This role is critical in driving our growth by attracting and converting potential students who are looking for NEET preparation and opportunities to study MBBS abroad.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, implementing, and managing ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI and lead quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Campaign Management: Create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the behavior, preferences, and demographics of our target audience in India, ensuring campaigns are highly targeted and relevant.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies that effectively reach and engage students interested in NEET preparation and studying MBBS abroad.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets to ensure maximum effectiveness and cost-efficiency of campaigns.
  • A/B Testing: Perform regular A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience in the Indian market is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable success in generating high-quality leads for education services, particularly in the NEET preparation or study abroad sectors.
  • Proficient in using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tools.
