
Business Development Specialist for Payment Solutions

About this Position:
We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with our practice head in developing innovative payment solutions and transforming them into actionable proposals. This role requires engagement with account teams to identify leads and address inefficiencies, ensuring timely delivery of solid propositions and fostering strong relationships with client stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the practice head to conceptualize new payment themes and convert them into compelling propositions.
- Engage with existing account teams to capture leads related to new initiatives, pain points, and visible inefficiencies.
- Develop well-structured propositions within tight deadlines and facilitate meetings with relevant client stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order-to-cash (OB), revenue numbers per account, and across accounts, identifying gaps/drops and following up with the accounts.
- Have in-depth knowledge of real-time payments, domestic ACH, domestic Wires, cross-border wires, and vendor platforms.
- Produce high-value thought papers showcasing our expertise in payments, which can be published at regular frequencies.
