Senior E-commerce Business Solutions Specialist

The role of a Senior E-commerce Business Solutions Specialist is pivotal in the successful delivery of consulting engagements.

  • Conduct interviews to gather use cases, functional requirements, and technical specifications for requirement documentation.
  • Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Offer consultation services on omni-channel-specific business topics, including product catalog modeling, inventory management, customer service, B2B customer management, procurement, demand generation, promotion strategy, cross-channel commerce, and more.
  • Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to clients and delivery team members.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned work, communicating status if task delivery dates are at risk.
  • Collaborate with project delivery team members to resolve business or systems issues.
  • Understand e-commerce data structures, collect product catalogue data, manipulate data for import into e-commerce systems, identify data gaps, and perform product data imports.
  • Provide system demonstrations and training to business users.
  • Develop test plans, write manual/automated test scripts, and define acceptance criteria for high-quality project deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in general IT business analysis from the E-commerce domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Hybris Commerce implementation (2-3 years).
  • Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Global service delivery experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
