Unlock Business Transformation as a Senior Solution Consultant

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions to drive business growth.
  • Translate business requirements into technical configurations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and conduct functional analysis to enhance solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions and ensure successful deployment.
  • Implement intelligent automation using Copilot, AI Builder, and Power Automate to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Support quality assurance, user acceptance testing, release planning, and post-deployment activities to guarantee solution success.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of internal best practices to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in D365/Power Platform, with expertise in model-driven apps, canvas apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
  • Proven knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), governance, security roles, and integration with APIs and Azure.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Azure, SharePoint, Teams, JavaScript, Power Fx, and JSON is a plus.
  • Experience working with global/distributed teams and strong documentation skills are essential.
  • Preferred Certifications: PL-200, MB-210, PL-600, and AI-900 (optional but desirable).
