Senior Technology Solutions Architect

About the Role:

  • This is a senior-level technology role that focuses on designing and implementing technical solutions for healthcare systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Medicaid healthcare systems and be able to align architecture with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver system architecture, including design specifications and integration details.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Provide guidance on technology stack, integrations, scalability, and security best practices.
  • Review solutions and ensure compliance with healthcare and Medicaid-specific standards.
  • Participate in technical discussions and provide architectural recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in the healthcare domain, preferably Medicaid.
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams (UML, ERD, workflow models, etc.).
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI X12, HIPAA compliance).
  • Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
