About the Job
Job Description:- We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to lead User Acceptance Testing efforts for our Ecommerce platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end functionality before production release.
- UAT Planning & Strategy: Develop UAT plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Test Case Management: Oversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements.
- Defect Management: Track, analyze, and escalate defects.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution.
- Environment & Data Setup: Ensure UAT environment mirrors production.
- Manage test data preparation and validation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce platforms, customer journeys, and payment gateways.
- Hands-on experience on Magento with in-depth knowledge on Functional flow and Admin Flows.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
