QA Automation Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our organization. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in software testing, preferably in an Agile environment.

This role involves developing and maintaining automated tests using Typescript and NodeJS with Playwright, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, leading the development of high-quality test automation frameworks and tools, mentoring junior QA engineers in their technical decisions and growth, and driving continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated tests for software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing needs
  • Lead the development of robust test automation frameworks and tools
  • Mentor junior QA engineers in software testing and automation
  • Drive process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in an Agile environment
  • Proficiency in Typescript, NodeJS, and Playwright
  • Experience with Java and Selenium is a plus
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
