Job Title: Technical Lead for System Development

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative system solutions for washing machines and dryers. Your expertise will drive the creation of unique selling points (USPs) and algorithms for home appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new wash systems for India and global markets.
  • Apply analytical tools to create USPs and develop algorithms for home appliances.
  • Identify and resolve potential risks through Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMEA).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues.
  • Ensure consumer and process partner requirements are met.
  • Understand customer and marketing expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in product/technology development and testing in home appliances domain.
  • Knowledge of global energy and performance standards, such as AHAM, IEC 60456, and IS Standards.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of fluid dynamics and detergent chemistry.
  • Good communication, project, and team management skills.
  • Ability to travel within India or globally for short or long durations.
