AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative solutions that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex work.

  • Building Intelligent Systems: Develop systems that leverage the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other foundation models.
  • High-Performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Design and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for fast and accurate search results.
  • Developing Evaluation Frameworks: Create robust frameworks to assess the performance of our AI agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.

Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or Data Science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms. A background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering is also essential.

Mandatory qualifications include recent experience in building intelligent systems, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, constructing RAG systems, or working with vector databases. Familiarity with technologies like Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm is a plus.
