As a Senior Intelligence Systems Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling intelligent systems with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and cloud-native applications.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in developing RAG pipelines tailored for enterprise or product-based use cases, optimizing for retrieval relevance and accuracy. You will also work with unstructured data — documents, transcripts, APIs — and transform them into structured knowledge systems using embeddings, vector stores, and knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, prototyping, and deploying AI/LLM-enabled applications with a focus on modularity, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Evaluating and selecting appropriate GenAI tools, frameworks, and models, balancing performance, latency, cost, and data security.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend to integrate intelligent features seamlessly.

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically sound individual with 3–4 years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or full-stack development, with a strong foundation in intelligent system design.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and fine-tuning RAG pipelines to optimize retrieval relevance and accuracy.
  • Working with large language models (LLMs) and implementing GenAI frameworks and orchestration tools.
  • Fine-tuning LLMs for production use and integrating them with APIs.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with GenAI frameworks and orchestration tools.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with API integration.

Preferred qualifications include exposure to open-source LLMs and toolkits, experience with evaluation metrics and benchmarking, and familiarity with AI observability and logging best practices.
