Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate - Influencer Marketing. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recommending top influencers across various industries and channels.

This role involves researching and identifying key influencers, bloggers, and online media in designated verticals and social platforms. You will work closely with the strategy team to create longlists of ideal influencers that will be pitched to clients.

In addition, you will take part in brainstorm sessions, where you will provide expert insights on influencer marketing strategies. Your primary objective will be to match make between brands and influencers based on client briefs.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about influencer marketing and has excellent research skills, creative thinking, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify key influencers, bloggers, and online media in designated verticals and social platforms;
  • Work closely with the strategy team to create longlists of ideal influencers for client pitches;
  • Take part in brainstorm sessions to provide expert insights on influencer marketing strategies;
  • Match make between brands and influencers based on client briefs;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an influencer marketing agency;
  • Strong knowledge of blogging, vlogging, and other social networks;
  • A talent for thinking outside the box and finding innovative solutions;
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A structured way of working and ability to meet deadlines.
