Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing your assigned zone and its P&L for the Rockbreakers line of business">
  • Building and leading a sales team within your respective zone">
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives">
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with our clients">
  • Performing field sales activities and regular on-site customer visits">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the earthmoving and construction equipment segment">
  • Proven sales experience, particularly in Rockbreaker sales">
  • Strong knowledge of the heavy equipment industry and market trends">
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools">
