Job Title: SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Professional

About the Job:

  • We are seeking an experienced SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting professional to join our team as an Application Lead.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the design, build, and configuration of applications using SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting principles and best practices.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of financial accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Liaison Role: Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting to provide guidance and support to project teams.
  2. Team Lead: Manage and lead application development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  3. Accountability: Take ownership of team decisions and project outcomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to key business and technical decisions.
  5. Complex Problem-Solving: Provide innovative solutions to complex business and technical challenges across teams.
  6. Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen team capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting principles and practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
