- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key sponsors and potential partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic approach to sponsorship sales, ensuring alignment with company goals, target markets, and brand objectives.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that align with clients' needs, business objectives, and budget requirements.
- Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and closing of sponsorship contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the organization.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company's overall revenue growth.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, events, and creative teams to deliver exceptional value to sponsors and ensure seamless execution of sponsorship activations.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates on sales performance, deal status, and pipeline activity.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 0.6 years to 4 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or a related field (preferably in media and events sectors).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing sponsorship deals and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
