Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic Partnership Manager to drive strategic collaborations that accelerate the growth of our Loans portfolio both personal and MSME and other financial products.
This role is crucial in expanding our reach through DSA partnerships, aggregator collaborations, fintech alliances, and other strategic channels.
Roles & Responsibilities Develop and Execute Partnerships Strategy: Identify, onboard, and manage partners such as DSAs, loan aggregators, fintech platforms, and other financial institutions to drive loan disbursement growth.
Pipeline Management: Build a strong pipeline of potential partners and ensure smooth onboarding and activation processes.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, optimizing partnerships for maximum efficiency and ROI.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, risk, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Compliance & Relationship Management: Ensure all partnerships comply with regulatory guidelines and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the fintech and lending space.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within fintech, banking, NBFCs, or financial services.
Strong connections in the lending ecosystem, especially with DSAs, aggregators, loan aggregators and fintech players.
Proven ability to negotiate and structure high-impact partnerships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive initiatives end-to-end, from strategy to execution, with a results-driven mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
