Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Growth:

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that drive business growth and expand our payments ecosystem.
  • Continuously benchmark our products with industry standards to ensure a best-in-class offering.
  • Represent slice (NESFB) at industry conferences, events, and networking functions to forge new relationships.
  • Stay ahead of emerging industry trends and proactively identify new collaboration opportunities.

Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop and sustain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, fintech vendors, and regulators.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, facilitating seamless communication and fostering collaboration across all organizational levels.
  • Represent slice (NESFB) in steering committees, working groups, and industry forums to drive policy development and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with fintech vendors to ensure partnerships with top-tier technology providers, delivering innovative and high-quality product offerings for our customers.

Contract Lifecycle Management:

  • Lead high-level negotiations with potential partners, structuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with slice's strategic goals.
  • Work with legal to draft, review, and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Collaboration & Integration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, compliance and Legal to ensure seamless integration of partnerships and new business opportunities into our overall strategy.
  • Drive alignment across internal stakeholders, ensuring that partnership initiatives are executed efficiently and deliver maximum value to the organization.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or similar roles within the financial services industry.
  • A proven history of building and managing successful strategic partnerships, ideally within the payments or banking sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving mutually beneficial outcomes in complex deals.
  • A data-driven mindset, capable of using insights to guide decision-making and strategy.
  • Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the fintech ecosystem, payment technologies, and banking.
