Senior Quality Assurance Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software QA testing and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications. They will lead and manage the QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance, and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software QA testing role.
  • Excellent analytical and logical skills to be able to think through new applications and strategize testing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool.
  • Good understanding of web and mobile-based projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with Linux environment.

Others:
