About Us

We are seeking a visionary leader to establish and head our Indian office. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement an expansion-focused business plan for the Indian market.

As Office Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth, inspiring company culture, identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, leading and developing a team, and overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion.

This is a chance to work on high-profile international-standard Commercial, Data Center, and Mixed-use projects. You will collaborate with globally recognized studios and leadership teams, shaping the future of architecture in India.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 15–22 years of experience in architecture, with significant time spent in studio/office leadership roles.
  • A strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and leading a dynamic team.
  • Developing and implementing a business plan for the Indian market.
  • Collaborating with global leadership teams to drive project success.
  • Mentoring junior architects and engineers to foster their growth.
