  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports the smooth operation of the housekeeping department by delivering exceptional service to our guests.
  • Works closely with colleagues to achieve departmental plans and objectives, ensuring hotel initiatives and targets are met.
  • Takes ownership of assigned tasks and duties, ensuring timely and professional completion.
  • Collaborates with immediate reports to control costs, inventory, productivity, and performance levels.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping is beneficial but not essential; however, strong communication skills and a hands-on approach are mandatory.
  • A hotel management degree or diploma is required for this role.
  • Personal integrity, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to find creative solutions are essential qualities for success.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to adapt to various platforms are also necessary.
