Job Title: Hospitality Team Member

This is a key role within our housekeeping department, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • You will support the smooth running of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all aspects of guest service are delivered to the highest levels.
  • You will work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • You will deliver on plans and objectives, achieving housekeeping initiatives and hotel targets.
  • You will contribute to a culture of growth and development within the department, helping your colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • You will take ownership of controlling costs and inventory, ensuring that productivity and performance levels are maintained.
  • You will build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders, including guests and colleagues.
  • You will drive improvements in service standards, profitability, and cost control, taking ownership of departmental programmes.
  • You will ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and best practice, documenting and performing follow-up activities as required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of experience in housekeeping is required.
  • You should possess strong housekeeping skills, with a hands-on approach and a lead-by-example work style.
  • You should have a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • You should be able to find creative solutions to problems, with proven problem-solving capabilities.
