As a key member of our cleaning team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the hospital environment is clean, safe and healthy for our patients. This involves carrying out daily cleaning tasks in patient rooms, wards, operation theatres, ICUs, OPDs, washrooms, waiting areas and other hospital premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and disinfecting beds, furniture, floors, walls and medical equipment according to established hospital protocols and guidelines.
  • Collecting and disposing of biomedical and general waste by following strict guidelines and regulations.
  • Restocking supplies such as hand sanitizers, soaps, tissue paper and other consumables to ensure we meet our high standards.
  • Providing support during patient discharge and admission procedures.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues, damages or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Assisting with terminal cleaning procedures after patient discharge or in infection cases.
  • Managing inventory levels of cleaning equipment and reporting shortages to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Maintaining adherence to hospital infection control and personal hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborating with other hospital staff and responding promptly to cleaning requests.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • 10th Pass (SSC) or equivalent qualification is required.
