Housekeeping Coordinator Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Housekeeping Coordinator. As a key member of the housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities to ensure they meet our high hygiene standards.
  • Learn how to effectively use cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals to achieve optimal results.
  • Ensure that supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linen are replenished as needed.
  • Help with laundry sorting, washing, drying, and ironing to maintain a clean and efficient operation.
  • Understand and follow all health and safety procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support the housekeeping team in their daily operations and provide assistance when needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to your supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Develop effective time management and room-cleaning protocols to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with guests and team members.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new situations and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
