Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Associate to manage the day-to-day workflows of existing assets, working closely with the client's asset management team. Key responsibilities include monitoring and analysing cash flows, tracking and analysing asset performance, managing risk, overseeing third-party partners, and executing business plans.

The ideal candidate will have sound experience in asset management or related fields, strong accounting knowledge with advanced MS Excel skills, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to cultivate trust and build strong partnerships with different counterparts, as well as train and mentor junior team members.

This role involves working closely with the client's technology team and third-party consultants on high-priority real estate technology implementation initiatives. The successful candidate will perform detailed reviews of chart of account mapping, financial statement reconciliation, and other tasks related to real estate portfolio management.

  • Manage day-to-day workflows of existing assets
  • Monitor and analyse cash flows, asset performance, and risk
  • Oversee third-party partners and execute business plans
  • Work closely with the client's technology team and third-party consultants on real estate technology implementation initiatives
