**Job Title:** Senior Manager

Job Description:

Role Overview:

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and strategizing the end-to-end credit underwriting and monitoring of personal loans through digital channels. This includes managing policies, working with data science teams to analyze and validate underwriting models, and identifying performance benchmarks.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement underwriting policies and guidelines.
  2. Analyze and validate underwriting models prepared by data science teams.
  3. Determine performance benchmarks and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Automate credit policies to minimize manual intervention.
  5. Determine pricing based on segmentation.
  6. Standardize policies and processes.
  7. Monitor portfolio profitability and risk thresholds.

Performance Monitoring:

  1. Analyze portfolio performance and recommend policy changes.
  2. Conduct regular credit reviews and identify high-risk segments.
  3. Take action to mitigate identified risks.
  4. Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure achievement of company standards.
  5. Identify technological solutions to improve processes.
  6. Analyze MIS to monitor portfolio performance and risk.

New Partner Integrations:

  1. Understand new product offerings and target segments.
  2. Identify required information from channel partners.
  3. Create policies based on products and available information.
  4. Facilitate data room exercises.
  5. Formulate policies considering expected loss rates.
  6. Monitor policy implementation and clear bottlenecks.

Relationship Management:

  • Manage relations with partners, credit reporting agencies, and assist in credit operations.
