Job Title: EDA License Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the management and optimization of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) licenses. This critical role involves ensuring compliance with vendor agreements, analyzing license usage trends, and implementing strategies to maximize efficiency.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to EDA licensing, providing expert support to engineers and other stakeholders throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in EDA tools, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills. A bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Relevant work experience and proficiency in data analysis tools like Splunk, Tableau are preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the licensing of EDA tools within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor licensing agreements and policies.
  • Analyze and optimize EDA license allocation based on project demands and usage trends.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries related to EDA licenses and usage.
  • Monitor license usage to identify under-utilized resources and recommend reallocation strategies.

  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
