Job Description

An experienced System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production and development systems and software products. Daily tasks will involve addressing technical issues, collaborating with various teams, and implementing technology solutions to maintain system integrity and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), lead a team to perform technical tasks and make informed decisions for the team.
  • Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems affecting both immediate and multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their technical skills and monitor system performance.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA) and strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with backup and recovery strategies for Oracle databases, familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting of database systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming for database manipulation.
