Job Overview:

Lead the technology strategy and digital initiatives for a leading hotel brand with over 60 properties across India.

This role requires strong executional leadership to ensure IT infrastructure, applications, security, and digital projects run reliably and deliver business value.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day delivery, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships, driving innovation and digital enablement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology & Applications: Implement and support core hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance) and ensure seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.
  • Infrastructure, Security & Compliance: Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure, implement cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, and maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Project Delivery & Business Support: Lead the execution of IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, and translate operational needs into IT deliverables.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with vendors and system integrators, track performance against SLAs, and support the evaluation of new solutions and pilots.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Development: Lead a team of 6–8 IT professionals, ensuring service orientation, performance, and growth, and build digital literacy programs for Hotel Managers and frontline teams.
  • Innovation & Digital Enablement: Execute guest-facing digital initiatives, leverage analytics to provide actionable operational insights, and champion green IT practices at the operational level.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of IT leadership experience in multi-property hospitality, travel, or related service industries.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage distributed IT operations and deliver complex projects.
  • Hands-on understanding of cybersecurity and compliance in India.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and SLA governance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to work across Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Team-oriented leader who can execute effectively under strategic direction.
