Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the review of payroll data, ensuring accuracy in documentation and calculations.

  • Review payroll data of employees, apprentices, and faculty as shared by the HR team.
  • Support the process of obtaining approvals and making salary/remuneration payments.
  • Perform basic accounting entries related to salary expenses, provisions, and monthly reconciliations under supervision.
  • Verify statutory payment data (PF, ESI, PT) and match them with challans.
  • Assist in GST invoice validation and recording in the ERP system.
  • Record and track advances given to payroll-related parties and coordinate their clearance processes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of month-end reports and schedules for internal audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, VLOOKUP, and data reconciliation.
  • Understanding of accounts payable, payroll processes, GST/TDS compliance, and expense booking.
  • Ability to manage routine accounting tasks and assist in month-end closings.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork environment.
