Resource Manager

We are seeking an experienced Resource Management Generalist to join our team. This is a key role that involves overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources across multiple projects and departments.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records of resource allocation and ensuring data integrity in our resource management systems.
- Coordinating with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs.
- Supporting forecasting and resolving resource conflicts.
- Preparing reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics.
- Facilitating onboarding and offboarding of project resources.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in resource management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and resource management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, D365).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
