Academic Leadership Position Available

The institution seeks a highly qualified and experienced individual to serve as Vice Principal.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance to department heads and teachers on designing timetables that optimize infrastructure and human resources effectively.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of information to students at the commencement of each semester or term, ensuring they are aware of essential details regarding their studies, examinations, rules, schedules, and guidelines.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for the institution to ensure timely completion of the enrollment generation process for newly admitted students.
  • Maintain up-to-date institutional data related to teaching and learning, staff, examinations, academic programs, and circulars/notices for students on the university website and the Management Information System (MIS).
  • Conduct regular meetings with teaching and non-teaching staff to understand challenges related to the teaching and learning process and examinations, exploring solutions in consultation with the Principal.
  • Hold periodic meetings with students to gather feedback on the teaching-learning process and the conduct of examinations, exploring avenues for continuous updation/enhancement in consultation with the Principal.
  • Assist the Principal and Dean of the respective faculty in preparing for scheduled visits from expert committees for institute inspections.
  • Organize training programs, workshops, seminars, and symposiums in collaboration with the Principal and the Centre for Human Resource Development.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions Cell to organize career awareness seminars in various regions to promote the institution's programs among prospective students.
