As a seasoned finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely posting of monthly financial accounting aspects for designated legal entities in APAC.
- You will be responsible for setting up, inputting, and reconciling bank transactions into the ledger as journals.
- Produce daily cash reports and review requirements to ensure appropriate funding arrangements.
- Post monthly journals for depreciation and update supporting spreadsheets.
- Perform Treasury functions, including making payments and settling Interco invoices.
- Provide management information for UK and local needs, conduct P&L reviews, and contribute to cost control.
- Liaise with Finance team members to ensure year-end audit, statutory accounts, and tax returns are filed on time.
- Reconcile balance sheets, liaise with operational managers, and ensure adherence to Group Finance policies.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience working for a multinational corporation.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting systems, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent Excel skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients across countries.
