Software Implementation Specialist

Job Overview:

The Software Implementation Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Basic Software solutions to customers. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer specifications, implementing and configuring software according to requirements, and testing for seamless integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with external customers and internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AUTOSAR Basic Software components, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruptions.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex integration issues, employing analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze test results, enforcing quality control measures to guarantee exceptional deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automotive, Computer Science, or Controls Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of successful software implementation and integration.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in configuring, integrating, and testing AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) modules along with RTE across automotive ECUs.
  • Hands-on experience in developing Complex Device Drivers (CDD) and performing MCAL configuration for various microcontrollers.
  • Domain knowledge in e-mobility systems such as Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Inverters is an added advantage.

  • Profound analytical and conceptual skills, allowing for efficient problem-solving and innovative solution implementation.
