The role of a Key Account Manager is pivotal in driving business growth by fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, delivering value-added services to enhance their experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, negotiating contracts to maximize profit.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, providing regular reports on account status and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
