Job Title:

A Systems Integration Manager is required to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a Semiconductor manufacturing facility.

  • This senior role involves leading and managing all MEP activities including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and process piping for the semiconductor project.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards, and client requirements.
  • Oversight of installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities is also a key responsibility.
  • Ensuring compliance with international codes/standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SEMI standards, etc.) and local regulations is crucial.
  • Monitoring project progress, managing schedules, controlling budgets, and providing regular updates to senior management are also essential duties.
  • Implementing and enforcing quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities is vital.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor / high-tech / cleanroom projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution is required.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders are necessary.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also required.
