We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Oracle Utilities implementation team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role involves working directly with a utility client to lead a team of Oracle utility experts in implementing Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution for a high call volume call center.

The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day tasks of a small team, while adhering to the scope, schedule, and timeline of the project. The successful delivery of project objectives is essential, ensuring business value meets customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:">

  • Ensure the successful delivery of project objectives, guaranteeing business value meets customer expectations.">
  • Create and maintain project artifacts, such as the project plan and JIRA board, to ensure on-time completion of project tasks.">
  • Track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage communication and escalation of issues in a timely manner.">
  • Provide regular project status reports and debriefs to stakeholders on a weekly basis.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.">
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.">
  • Provide go-live and post-implementation support to ensure solution effectiveness.">

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, and minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Utilities domain.

  • A Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.">
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.">
  • 4+ years of experience working in the utilities (water, gas, electric) industry.">
