Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the implementation of our Life Skills Programs at schools across assigned locations.

This role involves working closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Collaborate with content experts to ensure the quality of the program, with close involvement in creation, review and signoff prior to implementation.
  • Program Implementation: Oversee the successful implementation of Lean Hyphen's Life Skills Programs across assigned schools. Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.
  • School Collaboration: Presentations and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools to support business growth.
  • Program Delivery: Conduct classes for students, training programs for teachers, orientation programs for parents, and observe classes conducted by teachers to evaluate program effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.

3. Strong understanding of child development and learning theory.

4. Proven experience in implementing educational programs in schools.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
