Program Management Role

This is a senior-level program management position responsible for supporting cross-functional alignment across multiple initiatives by maintaining integrated workplans, facilitating planning workshops, and assisting with resource forecasting. The role will also help mitigate risks to program delivery through established governance channels and summarize strategic insights from integrated plans to optimize timelines and resourcing.

  • Maintain the Integrated Workplan to reflect all program activities, milestones, and dependencies across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
  • Assist in standardizing resource forecasting and capacity planning across multiple initiatives and workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project or program management, with experience in tooling and meeting support, collaboration and relationship management, and stakeholder communication. They should be familiar with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools like Planview, Jira, Smartsheets.

Responsibilities:
  • Integrated Planning & Resource Management:
    • Collect and implement updates to the integrated workplan.
    • Assist in standardizing resource forecasting and capacity planning.
    • Summarize strategic insights from integrated plans.
  • Tooling & Meeting Support:
    • Ensure smooth user experience of project management tooling.
    • Facilitate preparation and execution of integrated planning workshops.
  • Collaboration & Relationship Management:
    • Support collaboration between teams.
    • Become knowledgeable about ways of working, standards, and onboarding materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • 7-11 years of overall experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification preferred.
