Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of network engineers to deliver high-quality services and ensure timely resolution of complex network issues.
  • Provide technical expertise on switching and wireless technologies, including Cisco catalyst and Nexus, Arista, HP/Aruba, Meraki, Mist, and Infoblox DDI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes of network issues.
  • Develop and implement change management processes to ensure minimal disruption to customers.
  • Analyze network performance and create service improvement plans to optimize network efficiency.
  • Plan and perform firmware upgrades to ensure network devices are up-to-date and secure.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Cisco certification and DDi/Aruba/Juniper certification are added advantages.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive, relevant experience in a complex network environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computers/Electronics/Communication) or related field.
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Science/Maths/IT or related streams with relevant technology experience.
  • Good communication skills - written as well as verbal.
  • Possession of ITIL process awareness.
What You'll Be Doing

You will be working on core technology platforms, developing Method Of Procedure and/or Standard Operating Procedure documents, planning and executing Change Management processes, and performing Performance Tuning of network devices.

You will also be assisting in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), providing technical inputs for weekly/monthly customer service review reports, and interfacing with customers on calls and leading technical meetings.

Your daily tasks may include monitoring ticket queues, ensuring assignment/resolution and closure, creating Service Improvement Plans, and training and mentoring junior engineers.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and market trends.
