Seeking a Performance Testing Specialist

We are looking for an expert in performance testing with 5+ years of experience. If you have a passion for coding, problem-solving, and innovation, we'd like to hear from you.

The final stage will be an in-person interview.

We are a product engineering company that works with top-tier companies. Our team consists of over 550 people and specializes in Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack, and various other GenAI areas.

Responsibilities
  1. Create and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability test plans using Apache JMeter.
  2. Write and maintain custom scripts for performance testing scenarios.
  3. Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  4. Perform testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters.
  5. Conduct performance testing across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  6. Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.
  7. Debug and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems and microservices.
  8. Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills
  1. Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  2. Proficient in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation.
  3. Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  4. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  5. Proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).
  6. Strong debugging skills to identify and fix performance issues.
  7. Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  8. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
