Job Title: Performance Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert in performance testing and engineering with 7+ years of experience.
  • Proficient in using load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Neoload.

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Kubernetes, containerization, C#, and .NET.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Mastery in performance testing, application tuning, and benchmarking concepts and methodologies.
  • Excellent skills in documenting, producing performance reports, and presenting findings to engineering and development teams.

About the Role:

  • 8+ Years of experience required.
  • Immediate notice period preferred.
  • Hybrid work mode accepted.
  • Visakhapatnam, India location.

Requirements:

  • Experience in creating test data, data volume expansion, backup, and recovery.
  • Experience in collecting performance metrics from tools and third-party software.
  • Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
  • Front-end web page loading and rendering performance analysis experience.
