Marketing Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Growth Specialist to drive our conversion optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth marketing strategies.

  • Job Description:
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize website performance, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch targeted marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform marketing strategy and make data-driven decisions.
  • Key Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing teams, with a focus on conversion optimization and growth marketing efforts.
  • Strong understanding of conversion copywriting, user experience, and web design principles.
  • Proficiency in data and customer analytics principles and tools, including Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, MixPanel, and data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and collaboration skills.
