Senior Performance Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Performance Analyst to lead our performance analysis across paid media channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of digital ad platforms and proficiency in advanced analytics tools. They will be responsible for developing and owning dashboards, translating complex data into strategic recommendations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic Ads, etc.
  • Develop and own advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility and decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth and revenue.
  • Partner with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization to inform business decisions.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organization.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles.
  • Strong command of digital ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging channels.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders.
