The selected candidates will be part of a dynamic team working across business, IT, and manufacturing sectors, collaborating with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting user research and gathering requirements, creating user personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, developing information architecture and navigation models, and analyzing user metrics and behavior data.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, UI Design, or a related field, and proven experience as a User Experience architect, UX designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing their design work.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Experience with user research techniques such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of design architecture principles and experience in creating user flows and navigation models.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on user interface design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
